How my healing journey began

Hey Love! My name is Alyssa. I am a Christian Certified Transformation Life Coach. I am so glad you are here! Welcome!! I want to take a few minutes to share how this all began in the first place.

My Story

I remember grabbing my chest one day feeling like an elephant was sitting on my chest..my heart was soo heavy.

I remember when I gave up and walked away from an unhealthy friendship and church environment. I felt like I was in a twilight zone, I just could not believe the things I experienced. I wondered if I would ever be the same..would I even love or trust people again.

I felt stuck, lost, and was sad for multiple reasons but one was I knew there’s no way I could truly live for God and live out my calling with a heart issue and all I ever heard was people being cold hearted after they got hurt.

Soo I was like God you have to do it, heal my heart cause I can’t…

Months passed and I visited a church and this lady who I don’t know called me up front and told me, God was putting angels around me and that He was restoring my heart and taking the daggers out of my back.

Nobody knew that prayer I had, not even my husband! God is sooo good!!

I eventually, felt like I was coming out of the tunnel, but I got caught in what I call a Limbo Phase. I wasn’t in the past anymore but I wasn’t really moving forward either. During that time, I learned how to continue to partner with God for strategy concerning my soul as well as the tools necessary to move forward.

I didn’t know at the time but God was my therapist before I even experienced a therapist myself. God was even coaching me before I even knew what christian coaching was.

After healing the scars that come from toxic relationships (including the one I had with myself), I knew I had to guide other Christian women. I had to let them know that God is for thier spiritual health AND thier soul health (mental & emotional health) too! You can fully heal with God and experience healthy relationships with yourself and others.

To help Christian women heal from scars caused by any type of toxic relationship.

To fuse faith and mental health. God is for your spirit and your soul. We believe in the power of faith and doing the inner work with God to heal, move forward, and have the abundant life God has for you. Everyone deserves to have a nourished and rich soul, so they can live life from the overflow (abundance).
